O SIMUSAR n\u00e3o tem medido esfor\u00e7os para fechar negocia\u00e7\u00f5es que favore\u00e7am a categoria e, sempre que acordos ou legisla\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 desrespeitada, vamos \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a garantir os direitos dos trabalhadores p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ao longo dos \u00faltimos anos conseguimos significativos avan\u00e7os:<br><\/strong>1 &#8211; Garantimos reposi\u00e7\u00e3o inflacion\u00e1ria integral no m\u00eas de janeiro;<br>2 \u2013 Garantimos aumento real no vale-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o;<br>3 \u2013 Negociamos \u00edndices compat\u00edveis com a realidade do servidor com a Unimed;<br>4 \u2013 Obtivemos, via judicial, o pagamento da insalubridade as Agentes de Sa\u00fade;<br>5 \u2013 Garantimos 1% de ganho real nos anos de 2022 e 2023;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ainda assim a muito por avan\u00e7ar.<br><\/strong>\u00c9 impreter\u00edvel a necessidade de equipara\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>b\u00e1sico do n\u00edvel 2<\/strong> ao sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo nacional e o pagamento do piso do magist\u00e9rio, n\u00e3o podemos de maneira nenhuma a aceitar tamanha disparidade entre a condi\u00e7\u00e3o financeira do munic\u00edpio e a condi\u00e7\u00e3o financeira dos servidores.
